Peach Cobbler

 


Peach Cobbler
 
 
Ingredients


    4 cups peeled, pitted and sliced peaches
  • 1 cup rasberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp Water
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup rolled Oats
  • 3/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
 
Preparation


  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Place Peaches in ungreased 2qt or 8" square (1.5 qt) baking dish
  3. Place both types of berries on top of the peaches.
  4. Sprinkle with Cinnamon, water, and lemon juice
  5. In Large bowl, combine Oats, flour, sugar and margarine. Mix until Crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle Crumb mixture evenly over fruit.
  7. Back at 375 for 25-35 minutes, or until fruit is tender, and crust is golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with Ice Cream or Whipped cream, if desired.
