Ingredients
4 cups peeled, pitted and sliced peaches
- 1 cup rasberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp Water
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 cup rolled Oats
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
Preparation
- Heat oven to 375
- Place Peaches in ungreased 2qt or 8" square (1.5 qt) baking dish
- Place both types of berries on top of the peaches.
- Sprinkle with Cinnamon, water, and lemon juice
- In Large bowl, combine Oats, flour, sugar and margarine. Mix until Crumbly.
- Sprinkle Crumb mixture evenly over fruit.
- Back at 375 for 25-35 minutes, or until fruit is tender, and crust is golden
brown.
- Serve warm with Ice Cream or Whipped cream, if desired.
