Monkey Bread

Monkey Bread


This recipe, also known as Pull Apart Bread, is so good that everyone will be clamoring for seconds.
Makes 16 servings
 
 
Ingredients
· 1 cup sugar
· 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
· 3 can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
· ½ cup (1 stick) melted butter

 
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag.
3. Cut biscuits into quarters.
4. Shake 6 to 8 pieces at a time in cinnamon sugar mixture.
5. Place biscuit pieces in greased 10-cup Bundt pan.
6. Mix leftover cinnamon sugar mixture with melted butter.
7. Pour over biscuits.
8. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Cool in pan 5 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Serve warm.
